Covid 19 Action Plan

Dear Valued Partners   


We are entering an unprecedented time in our lifetimes and in how we do business. 


We have taken the following measures for the period of lockdown.

·         Our offices are closed for the entire LEVEL 5 lockdown period.


WE RE-OPEN OUR OFFICES ON 4TH MAY 2020.

·         We are working remotely and are still able to quote you as usual. Below are new/ current contactable details:

·         CAVIC will have an operations crew on standby to come into the warehouse and perform the required duties. To do this, we need to comply with all the published requirements, which include:   

1) CAVIC CEO authorised permit letter to all staff required to leave their homes for work; this is complete. 

2) CAVIC is approved as an essential supplier.

3) A partner or end-customer letter of the authority requesting CAVIC’s assistance and their approval as an essential supplier, this will be required for each instance. 

·         We would from time to time require our clients in the essential services industry to collect product as only a partial delivery system will be operating (skeleton). We will endeavour to deliver 1 day from date of order, our offering will be for material supply and for manufactured products.
