Our polyurethane products are cast time-efficiently and are customisable in hardness, shape, colour, and chemical resistance. They offer a long service life and are suitable for a wide range of applications. We specialize in open cast moulding, where liquid polyurethane (polymer and curative agents) is premixed and poured into an open cavity of a mould and placed in an oven or on a heated table. After the parts are partially cured, they are demoulded and moved to a secondary post-cure oven.
